About our Primary Care Network

Bristol Inner City Primary Care Network (BIC PCN) is a collaboration between seven GP Practices serving a diverse community of 88,500 residents. Our practices, Montpelier Health Centre, East Trees Health Centre, The Wellspring Surgery, Broadmead Medical Centre, Lawrence Hill Health Centre, Homeless Health and Charlotte Keel Medical Practice are working together to provide extended services.

We work closely with community partners to try and improve the health and wellbeing of underserved populations living in Bristol inner city.

Our aim is try and reduce health inequalities and to improve health outcomes for our population.

Established in 2019, BIC PCN exists to provide the right health and wellbeing care for over 88,000 patients across Bristol inner city and we have dedicated and expert multi-disciplinary teams to support delivery.

We are committed to transforming healthcare by sharing knowledge, skills and resources across our practices.
